Be your own version of “GOALS”.

Have you told someone, “Oh my gosh, you are total GOALS!”?

Maybe you saw a photo of someone else’s highlight reel and thought that their physique, their lifts, their house, their clothes, their life…were your goals?

I’m here to flip this script and offer a new perspective.

Did you know that YOU are probably someone else’s version of goals? That’s right! Someone, at some point, has been totally inspired by YOU.

Maybe someone has even told you that you are their goals!

Also, keep in mind that we rarely see the whole story. We are all starting from a different set of circumstances. We all have our own unique lens that we view the world from, and we all possess different strengths and weaknesses.

It’s beautiful to admire and recognize others for their hard work, but don’t lose sight of your own effort and success.

Comparison really can be the thief of joy! You can clap for someone else AND take pride in your own accomplishments too. Make sure to reflect on what you’ve overcome, and celebrate your success along the way.

What if you beat your previous best?

What if you were motivated by your own progress?

What if you inspired the heck out of yourself on a daily basis?

What if things turn out way better than you expect them to?

What would it look like to be your own version of “goals”?
